OUR PROJECTS

CHISWICK

This renovation began with plans for a second story addition as a means to add much needed space to this semi detached property. However, working with our clients we were able to recommend changes to the existing Ground Floor that would make the space feel bigger, and ensure that it would tie-in seamlessly with the modern extension upstairs.

INNER WEST

A glow up of epic proportions, this cottage now has one of the best looking facades on the street! A rear extensions provided ample space for entertaining and direct access to the outdoor terrace and yard, with a tranquil second story parents retreat with ensuite and living space.

ROZELLE

Thanks to an inspired design by Architect Paul Connor, this wonderful weatherboard cottage gained a modern extension that defied gravity, extending out over the steeply sloping block in order to gain much needed floorspace, and capture  stunning views of the cityscape.

ANNANDALE

This tired dilapidated workers cottage was in desperate need of some attention, Crippen Building was engaged to complete a full renovation transforming this Victorian terrace into a home perfect for modern living with open plan interiors flowing to a private East facing courtyard.

GLADESVILLE

With a brief to completely refresh this three-level gem in Gladesville, Crippen Building delivered a luxurious high-end finish which resulted in the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom property setting a street record when it sold one year later.

PEAKHURST

In scale, one of our biggest projects to date, this multi-dwelling new build saw a run down 1950's house make way for an architect designed duplex, each featuring 5 double bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms with a stylish modern finish.

ROZELLE

Initially engaged to bring to life a contemporary rear extension designed by renowned Architect Paul Connor,  this project grew to incorporate major works to the facade, as well as a complete re-vamp of the rear hard landscaping.

ALEXANDRIA

With an innovative design by our talented Client, Crippen Building transformed this tiny inner-city terrace into a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home with a custom-built steel and timber staircase feature.
